The Ledger Room — refined for the phone

A full mobile re-architecture of Variant A (not a squished desktop): hamburger nav sheet, keyboard-aware command desk, priority-column evidence table, full-bleed Memory. Both light & dark ship — toggle below or in any phone's top bar. Every frame is frozen in a state but fully tappable.

Navigation
Hamburger → nav sheet, not bottom tabs

The room's command desk is itself bottom-anchored and keyboard-aware — a bottom tab bar would fight it every time the keyboard opens. Home / Connect / Settings live one tap away in a left sheet that carries the vault switcher, user menu & logout. Memory keeps its own top-right button (the one high-frequency in-room jump).

Evidence table
Priority columns + tap-to-expand card

Two priority columns — identity (Client name + user_id) and a varying lead pill (client_type). The three constant columns (facebook · paid_social · inbound) collapse to one scope chip. Tap a row → full key/value card + actions. Nothing clips; a horizontal-scroll-sticky table is offered in the menu for power users.

Command desk
Sticky, keyboard-aware, progressive help

Rides above the keyboard via VisualViewport / interactive-widget=resizes-content + env(keyboard-inset). A 44px send button replaces the desktop "Enter to ask" (Enter = newline on touch). The read-only shield stays as a standing safety cue; capability help collapses behind a ?.
